No, you don't need a ticket for Monday's event. Everyone is invited to the Juneteenth Commemoration! We're throwing a block party for the entire Downeast community. Come and join us. There's going to be great music, hands-on activities for both adults and children and lots of delicious food. All for free!

Weekend on the Water (WoW) takes place at Lamoine State Park, ME. Participants are invited to camp overnight both Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th. Check out the numerous activities offered during the WoW. Monday's Juneteenth Commemoration will be held at Knowlton Park in Ellsworth, ME. Starting at 2pm and ending at 6pm. We ask the larger community to understand that there are limited spaces available and so priority will be given to people of color and their families.
