BIPOC Get Togethers

One of the most impactful additions to our Wellness Toolkit as Mainers of Color are creating opportunities to connect, talk, laugh, network, share a meal and just enjoy being together. The impact on our wellness feels immeasurable. Subscribe and we'll keep you posted.

Juneteenth Downeast

Juneteenth Downeast exists to give people of the African diaspora a place to connect, and opportunities to replenish that which was taken away. Whether through connection to the land, to water, to resources or to each other. May we find through this commemoration ways to be true to Ourselves, our History, and our Heritage. May we find ways to nourish who we are amidst that which is the best of us.
